I build systems that take work a team does by hand and turn it into software the team can run on its own. My background is in supply chain and e-commerce operations, and the systems on this site come out of that work: English Quest and Supply Chain Quest, two gamified learning platforms, and TetCast, a demand forecasting framework built around Vietnam's Tet season. I build around the way a team already works, and I stay close through handover so the system holds up once I step away.
